In brief

The website is currently a presentation site and has been designed to limit data collection:

  • no customer account, basket, payment or banking data;
  • no form, newsletter subscription or personal area;
  • no advertising tools, profiling or embedded social buttons;
  • no audience measurement tool is enabled on the website.

Data controller

Maison EZER Paris is responsible for data processed through this website and the conversations you initiate with the House. Legal notice.

Data that may be processed

Browsing and security

Firebase Hosting may process technical data needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, request time, page visited and browser type. The House does not use this information for advertising.

Language preference

The website may store a functional cookie named ezer-langue to remember the selected language. It contains only a language code, does not identify you and expires after no more than twelve months.

Messages sent to the House

When you contact us by email, telephone or post, we process the information you choose to provide solely to answer and follow up your request.

Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle the request and thereafter where required by law. Technical logs are subject to the hosting provider’s retention periods.

Cookies and trackers

The House places no advertising or audience-measurement cookies.

The language-preference cookie is strictly functional and can be deleted at any time in your browser settings.

Recipients and providers

Data is available only to those responsible for answering your request and to technical providers needed for the website or email service. Firebase Hosting is operated by Google Ireland Limited; its infrastructure may involve processing governed by its terms and applicable data-protection mechanisms.

Your rights

Depending on the processing concerned, you may request:

  • access to and correction of your data;
  • erasure or restriction of processing;
  • objection to processing based on legitimate interests;
  • data portability where applicable.

To exercise your rights, write to mode@maisonezer.com. Proof of identity may be requested only where there is reasonable doubt about the request’s origin.

Complaint

You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL, at cnil.fr.

This page will be updated before any new service is enabled, including a form, newsletter, audience measurement or online sales.
