The experience is not a promise: it is a journey in seven steps, set like a gesture of the atelier — from the first second in the boutique to the opening of the box at home.
1. The welcome
An attentive welcome in a refined, calming setting: travertine, smoked oak, brushed brass, frosted glass.
2. The discovery
Our creations are presented with care, for a singular olfactory experience: the extraits, the eaux de parfum, the mists — for as long as it takes, never as long as is imposed.
3. The preparation
Each fragrance is delicately wrapped in ivory tissue paper, sealed with the EZER emblem.
4. The box
The box, soft to the touch and carefully finished, protects your creation like a precious case: textured card, embossed with the signature motif, hot-stamped in gold.
5. The card
A card slipped into every box to thank you for being part of the world of EZER — a gesture, a keepsake.
6. The bag
Your box is slipped into an elegant bag, in the image of the house, to grace every moment.
7. At home
A singular moment that begins the instant you open your box. Because the finest imprints are often the most discreet.
