Oakmoss

The lichen of oaks yields a dark, damp absolute — undergrowth, ink, earth after rain. It is the keystone of the chypre accord and one of the most regulated materials in modern perfumery.

It runs through the bases of the EZER extracts — Origine, Boréal, Minéral, Silva — and gives them that autumn foundation.
