Centifolia Rose

The "hundred-petalled" rose, picked at dawn in May, yields a honeyed, deep absolute. It takes about a tonne of flowers for one kilo of absolute.

It is the first of the three roses of Rosée, the heart of Harmonie, the clearing light of Éclat.
